Choose a session length of 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Optional timed pings and voice markers can help you stay oriented without interrupting the practice. Use headphones in a quiet, safe place. The app’s audio supports meditation; it does not measure brain activity or establish that a particular mental state has occurred. KEEP A RECORD OF YOUR PRACTICE A built-in journal and session history let you save reflections, review completed sessions, and mark meaningful moments. Your practice notes and history are stored on your device. Optional location features calculate local timing for selected practices.
