Asclepion: Dream Temple

In ancient Greece the sick and the troubled travelled to the sanctuaries of Asclepius, the healing god, and slept in a sacred hall hoping he would appear in a dream. At Epidauros their cures were inscribed on stone. Asclepion turns that practice into a nightly instrument. In the evening, walk through six stages after the ancient pattern: approach, purification, offering, invocation, entering the abaton, and sleep. The screen darkens as you go and the sound fades out after the time you choose. In the morning, record what you dreamed, the figures that appeared and what was said, as your own stele in a private dream log.
