WimFIT: HIIT & Tabata Timer

Most HIIT apps play music next to your workout. WimFIT builds the workout out of the music. Pick your work time, your rest time and how many rounds you want, choose a track, and WimFIT lays every interval onto the beat of that track. Work starts on a downbeat. Rest starts on a downbeat. The next round starts on a downbeat. You stop watching numbers and start moving with the song. THE MUSIC IS THE COACH - Every interval falls on a musical bar, so the change is something you hear before you read it - A custom audio engine keeps time from the audio clock itself, not from a software timer, so a long session never drifts - Seamless loops and a 400 ms crossfade between work and rest - no gaps, no restarts, no silence - You always know what is coming because the music tells you BUILD THE SESSION YOU WANT - Set work duration, rest duration and number of rounds - classic HIIT rounds, Tabata-style short bursts or long tempo blocks - Ready-made interval formats: 20/10 (the classic Tabata), 30/15, 40/20, 45/15, 60/30 - Choose your track - the session is rebuilt around its tempo - Guided sessions and ready-made programs when you would rather just press start - 29 exercise demo clips on screen in a neon wireframe style, so you are never guessing the movement VOICE COACHING IN ENGLISH AND FRENCH Real recorded voices, not text-to-speech. Cues arrive in time with the music instead of talking over it. TRACK WHAT YOU DO - Full session history - A progress screen built from your real sessions, not estimates - An optional daily reminder if you want a nudge at the same time each day WORKS OFFLINE Downloaded tracks, exercise clips and voice cues all run without a connection. Train in a basement gym, in a park or on a plane. TWO MODES - For me - the full personal experience with history and progress - I'm a coach - a stripped-back screen for running a class, with no personal tracking NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED Open the app and train.
