selfb is made by Diplora for participants in your pharmacy's RITME project. Taking part in RITME? Use selfb to connect your Fitbit and share data used to analyse treatment adherence. How it works: • Sign in with your Google account (needed because Fitbit works through Google — if you already have Gmail or a Fitbit account, you don't need to create anything new) • Enter the code you received from your pharmacy • Connect your Fitbit account • selfb automatically shares: heart data, activity (steps/movement), sleep (to help interpret your resting heart rhythm), and your Fitbit's battery/device status Good to know: • selfb is invitation-only through your pharmacy — you can't join without a code • Taking part is voluntary; you can stop at any time • selfb does not replace medical advice and is not a medical device — it supports the RITME project alongside your regular care • Read the privacy policy and project information for details on how your data is handled Questions?
