BabyTrack+

BabyTrack+ is a baby tracker for feeds, weaning, nappies, sleep, and growth. It works offline on one phone with no account, and WHO growth charts sit next to the daily totals. WHAT YOU TRACK - Breastfeeding timer with left and right sides. - Bottle amounts in ml or oz. - Solids by food. - Wet, dirty, or both nappies. - Naps and night sleep. WEANING AND ALLERGENS For weaning, whether purées or baby-led, pick from 110 first foods or type your own, then note how much went in: tasted, some, most, or all. A reaction is logged against the food that caused it. The allergen tracker covers milk, egg, peanut, tree nuts, wheat, soy, fish, shellfish, and sesame, and follows NHS guidance: one new allergen at a time, then about once a week to keep it in the diet. Foods that need care, such as honey before 12 months or whole grapes, are flagged when you pick them. Milk feeds and solids stay separate in the totals, since milk is still the main food in the first year. YOUR BABY, YOUR LIST Turn Breastfeeding and Solids on or off for each baby, and the add form shows only what you log. After two quiet weeks without a breastfeed, BabyTrack+ asks whether to hide it. From 5 months, it asks whether you have started weaning. EVERY DAY AT A GLANCE The Today screen shows time since the last feed, your baby's usual gap between feeds, and when the next feed is likely. The timeline lists every entry by day. Stats compare this week with last week for bottle volume, nappies, sleep, and solids. GROWTH Plot weight, length, and head circumference on WHO growth charts and show your health visitor or GP a clear snapshot. TWO PHONES Plus syncs the same board to a second phone, so both parents see every feed and nappy. The person you invite stays on Free. One Plus subscription covers the household. Free: one baby, offline, with weaning and growth charts. Plus: cloud backup, a second phone, unlimited babies. BabyTrack+ is a log, not medical advice.
