Digital Inspector

Digital Inspector makes welding inspection and quality management simple, reliable, and fully digital. Designed for the gas pipeline industry and beyond, the app helps engineers, inspectors, and project managers save time, reduce errors, and improve safety by moving away from outdated paper-based systems. With Digital Inspector you can: Streamline welding inspections: Capture weld data directly on site using an intuitive mobile app. Track approvals in real time: Manage approval workflows and sign-offs digitally to avoid delays. Monitor project progress: Visualise weld status on interactive maps and dashboards. Ensure compliance: Keep complete, accurate digital records ready for audits and handovers. Reduce errors and costs: Eliminate mistakes from manual reporting and cut-outs with automated checks. Built with industry expertise, Digital Inspector has already been deployed with leading UK gas partners. The app is part of the wider AIM-Q suite (Approvals, Inspection, Monitoring, and Quality), giving you all the tools you need to manage quality and safety in one system.
