Adelytics: Basketball Training

Adelytics is the basketball training app built by a trainer: practice plans, a playbook with animated plays, shot charts and a shooting form coach, in one place, for coaches of players from middle school through high school. PRACTICE PLANS, ALREADY MADE Twelve-week practice plans for four age groups, from Little Ballers to high school, plus a 1v1 session, a three-hour clinic, a camp day and a 90-minute team practice. Every block has its minutes, its teaching point and its basketball drills. Pick an offense for a clinic, a camp day or a team practice and its drills show inside the blocks, with a court diagram and the steps to run them. A PLAYBOOK YOU CAN WATCH Basketball plays that move. Spacing Foundations, Read the Defense Motion and the Princeton Offense in two versions, Traditional and 5-Out. Every play shows its reads: the first look, and where to go when it is not there. Watch it one move at a time, with the defense moving, then reverse it to the other side. Draw your own plays on the board and save them to your playbook. A SHOOTING COACH FROM YOUR PHONE Set the phone down and shoot. Shooting form is scored shot by shot: elbow, knee bend, release, balance. The live shot and the guided check work hands free, and nothing is recorded or uploaded. SHOT CHARTS FROM GAME VIDEO Line the court up with your video once and the app finds the shots, marks where they came from and drafts the shot chart for you to confirm. Everything runs on the phone. Your footage never leaves it. PROGRESS A PARENT UNDERSTANDS Grade players on the choices they make and the attitude they bring. Zone shot charts, drill records, a twelve-week trend and a progress report you can hand over. Badges and standings rank on points per session attended, so a player who trains twice a week is not ahead for showing up. FOR THE WHOLE STAFF Roster by age group, attendance in two taps, an assistant coach that answers from your own session notes, a Big Screen mode for the gym, and Share Adelytics to bring another coach in. FREE TO START The free plan includes the practice plans, the Spacing Foundations plays, the roster and the shooting coach. Player, Coach and Program plans add the offense packs, film charting, reports and more, as subscriptions through Google Play.
