Digicommerce POS 2 est l'application de caisse officielle réservée aux commerçants partenaires Digicommerce (boulangeries, snacks, restaurants…). FONCTIONS PRINCIPALES • Réception des commandes en ligne en temps réel, avec notification et impression automatique des tickets (imprimantes réseau et Sunmi). • Gestion du catalogue : activer/désactiver un produit, rupture du jour, stock journalier, favoris — et modification du nom, de la description et du prix directement depuis la caisse. • Encaissement, historique des transactions et clôture de journée. • Fiches clients, crédits et points de fidélité. MODE LIVREUR AVEC SUIVI GPS Quand un livreur démarre une livraison, l'application transmet sa position en temps réel afin que le client final suive l'avancement de sa commande sur une carte (lien de suivi envoyé par SMS), du départ jusqu'à la remise. Le suivi est actif uniquement pendant une livraison en cours : il démarre au « Démarrer la livraison » et s'arrête au « Livré ». Une notification permanente s'affiche pendant toute la durée du suivi.
