Didact One Live

Didact One connects client organizations — businesses, governments, and non-profits — with talent worldwide, and connects talent with clients both locally and globally. Built for how business actually works across Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia, not just the markets other platforms already serve well. Post a project or browse talent. Agree on scope and price, then work in milestones or tracked hours — every deliverable and every hour stays on the record. Every client organization is screened against sanctions lists before a contract can be signed. Fees are flat and public: 5% for clients, 10% for talent, dropping to 5% once you've billed $10,000 with the same client. No automated bank transfers. Every payout is confirmed by a person, with a real transfer reference, before it's marked sent. Get paid the way that works in your market: bank wire, Wise, Payoneer, or mobile money. Messages stay private between the two parties on a contract. Report a problem and our team sees it directly. Sign in with your email. Browsing projects and talent needs no account at all.
