Diama Ops

Diama Ops is the official app for Diama Security Limited officers and stewards. It is for Diama Security staff only: you need a username and password issued by the Diama Security office. With Diama Ops you can: - Book on and off your shift. Your location is checked so you can only book on at your site. - Send check calls so the control room knows you are safe. - Press and hold SOS to alert the control room with your location in an emergency. - Scan patrol point QR codes on your rounds. - Report incidents with photos straight to the office. - See your rota and apply for open shifts. - Upload your SIA licence, training certificates and other documents. - See your approved hours and pay. - Read notices from the office. Your location is only used when you book on, book off, send a check call, scan a patrol point, report an incident or send an SOS. It is never tracked in the background.
