Smile Taxi Service

Smile Taxi takes you from Thailand's airports to your hotel, between cities and on day tours — with fixed prices and a team that answers around the clock. BOOK IN A CHAT Ask our AI assistant anything — prices, travel times, which car fits your bags. When you're ready, it prepares your booking: you check the summary, tick the cancellation policy and confirm. OR BOOK ON ONE PAGE Taxi or tour, from and to, car (sedan, SUV or van), date and pickup time (Thailand time), passengers and bags, and your flight for airport pickups. You see the price before you book, and you pay the driver in cash at the end of the trip. FOLLOW YOUR TRIP My trips shows each booking step by step — driver assigned, on the way, arrived, on board. You see your driver's name, car and licence plate. SEE YOUR DRIVER COMING From 30 minutes before pickup until the end of the trip you see where your driver is. If you allow it, your driver sees where you are while the app is open — never in the background. CHAT IN YOUR LANGUAGE Every booking has its own chat with your driver and our office. Write in your language: your driver reads it in Thai and you read the answers in yours. To protect your privacy, phone numbers and messaging IDs are not shared in the chat.
