UsePresent Live

Present, even when you're not. Running a business means you can't be everywhere at once. Present shows you who showed up and what got done, in real time, across every location you run. And for the people doing the work, it's a record of every shift they show up for, that belongs to them. One app. Both sides of the workday. FOR OWNERS AND MANAGERS See who's at work, right now. GPS-verified check-ins, with instant alerts the moment someone is late or doesn't show up. Assign tasks before the shift, watch them move through the day, and see proof the moment each one is done. Manage every branch, team, and shift from one screen, wherever you are in the world. No more wondering. No more end-of-day reports that only tell you what people want you to know. Just the truth, live. FOR STAFF Clock in with one tap when you arrive. Your location is checked once, never tracked after. Every shift you show up for builds a verified work record that's yours to keep, with timestamped, GPS-verified proof to settle any dispute fairly. It's not a tool used on you. It's a record that protects you. WHAT YOU GET • GPS-verified check-ins • Instant late and no-show alerts • Task assignment with live progress tracking • Multiple businesses and locations on one account • A fair, timestamped attendance record owned by owner and staff alike • Built to work on everyday phones and networks BUILT FOR REAL BUSINESSES Present is made for owners running multiple locations, managers keeping teams accountable, and owners managing their business from anywhere in the world.
