Full description
Stop memorizing Hiragana and Katakana the boring way. Learn them by playing. This is a unique Japanese learning game designed to help you recognize Hiragana and Katakana naturally while staying focused on fast-paced, rhythm-game-like gameplay. See the character, react quickly, and tap the correct reading. When you get it right, the character bursts apart with satisfying visual effects and the next challenge immediately appears. You start with simple choices, but as your skills improve, more characters and answer buttons are gradually introduced. Before you know it, you'll be recognizing Japanese characters faster and more confidently. ■ Learn with fast, rhythm-style gameplay This isn't a traditional flashcard app where you answer a question and slowly move to the next one. See it. Recognize it. Tap it. Questions keep coming at a fast pace, encouraging you to stay focused and react quickly. The more you play, the more often you see each character — helping Hiragana and Katakana become familiar through repeated exposure rather than forced memorization. ■ Difficulty grows with your skill You don't need to memorize dozens of characters at once. The game starts with only a small number of possible answers. As you keep answering correctly, new characters are gradually added and the number of choices increases. The layout can expand up to a 3×3 grid with 9 answer buttons, giving you a smooth progression from beginner-friendly practice to faster recognition challenges. If you make mistakes, the difficulty doesn't suddenly jump. The system gives you more opportunities to reinforce what you've already learned before introducing additional characters. ■ Missed characters come back naturally Getting a question wrong isn't the end of the learning process. Characters you miss — or take too long to recognize — can appear again later in the session. Instead of simply showing the correct answer once, the game naturally brings difficult characters back into your practice flow. That means review happens automatically while you continue playing. ■ Satisfying feedback for every correct answer Correct answers should feel good. Characters break apart with particle effects, screen movement, sound effects, and responsive feedback to make each successful tap feel rewarding. Rather than simply showing “Correct,” the game turns each answer into a satisfying action. See → Recognize → Tap → Smash This loop is designed to keep you engaged while repeatedly exposing you to Japanese characters. ■ Build combos and enter Fever Mode Correct answers in a row increase your combo. Keep the streak going and you can trigger Fever Mode, where the gameplay becomes even more energetic with enhanced visual effects and feedback. Trying to protect your combo keeps you focused. And while you're concentrating on beating your previous streak, you're also repeatedly practicing Hiragana and Katakana. ■ Learn Hiragana, Katakana, or both Choose the learning style that works for you: • Hiragana Mode • Katakana Mode • Mixed Hiragana & Katakana Mode Start with Hiragana, move on to Katakana, then challenge yourself by mixing both writing systems together. ■ Track your learning progress See how many Hiragana and Katakana characters you've successfully learned while you play. Finished them all? You can keep playing, improve your reaction speed, build longer combos, and reinforce characters you've already learned. ■ Review your mistakes after each session When a session ends, you can review the characters you got wrong along with their readings. Quickly see which characters are still difficult for you and focus on them again in your next session. If traditional memorization feels repetitive or boring, try a different way to learn Japanese. Look fast. Tap fast. Keep your combo going. Stay focused on the game, and Hiragana and Katakana will gradually become more familiar with every session.
