PhoneOffs: Focus Timer & Goals

Make more room for what matters, one focus session at a time. PhoneOffs brings a focus timer, app-use detection, focus rules, personal and group goals, and reports together to help you build a study or work routine. Make time for exam preparation, reading or the work that matters to you. SET ASIDE TIME TO FOCUS Use the timer to give your next task a clear focus period. Start small and build a routine that fits your day. UNDERSTAND YOUR APP USE Choose which apps to track and set an allowed time during focus sessions. With Android Usage Access enabled, PhoneOffs detects use of those apps and records when the allowance is exceeded. Look back at the records and adjust your next session's rules. Detection and recording depend on permissions and device settings. SET GOALS ON YOUR OWN OR TOGETHER Give your routine a direction with personal goals. Use group goals to focus with friends, study partners or colleagues. Review your group's focus rules and agreements as you prepare for time together. LOOK BACK AT YOUR PROGRESS Review focus records and reports to see how you spent your time and followed your rules. Use those small steps to plan your next session. BEFORE YOU START Sign-up uses an email address and nickname. Detecting app use and recording allowance overruns require Android Usage Access. Review the purpose of permissions requested in the app and manage them in your device settings. You can log out or request account deletion in the app settings. GROUP PENALTY AGREEMENTS Any penalty agreement made within a group is an agreement among its members. PhoneOffs does not provide money transactions, penalty collection, custody, settlement or dispute resolution services. Start your next focus session with PhoneOffs.
