Stride Pharmacy

Stride is the companion app for people on a pharmacy-supervised weight-management programme. It keeps your treatment, your progress and your pharmacy team in one place — so you always know what today asks of you, and how far you have come. Stride does not replace your pharmacist or your GP. It is a tracking and support tool that works alongside the care you already receive. YOUR DAY, AT A GLANCE Open Stride and see what today needs: what is due, what you have logged and what is left. Quick-log weight, food, water or a dose in a couple of taps. Add your own to-dos when your routine has something ours does not. STAY ON TOP OF YOUR TREATMENT • Injection tracker with a body map, so you can rotate sites and see where your last doses went • Reminders for your scheduled day, set to the routine your prescriber gave you • A dose log and treatment history you can look back through • Morning Window — a protected timer for those whose medicine needs a clear stomach before food or coffee • Side-effect notes you can record as they happen and take to your next review WATCH YOUR PROGRESS • Weight log with trend charts over weeks and months • Progress photos, kept behind a passcode you set • A treatment summary that pulls your journey together in one view • Home screen widgets for your weight trend and what is next CONNECT YOUR SCALE AND YOUR ACTIVITY Stride works with Health Connect and most smart scales and fitness apps. With your permission, Stride reads your weight and daily step count so readings appear in your log automatically instead of being typed in by hand. Stride reads this data only — it never writes to Health Connect, never sells or shares your health data, and you can disconnect and delete everything synced from Privacy & Safety at any time. PROTECT YOUR MUSCLE Losing weight means losing some muscle with it. Muscle Defence gives you short guided resistance sessions, one movement per screen, plus a protein target to aim for. Every session has an exit that still counts — bad days are expected. EAT WITH CONFIDENCE • Food diary with barcode scanning • Snap a plate and get an estimate rather than weighing everything • Meal plans and ideas built around your protein target • Hydration tracking LOOK AFTER YOUR HEAD, NOT JUST THE SCALE Mood and mindset check-ins, daily steps with a goal ring, and prompts for the parts of this that are not about numbers. ASK STRIDE A built-in assistant for the everyday questions — what to eat, what to expect, how to log something. Ask Stride is an assistant, not a pharmacist. For anything clinical, message your team or call 111. YOUR PHARMACY, IN YOUR POCKET • See where your prescription is up to • Request your repeat and complete your safety check • Message your care team and keep their replies in one thread BUILT FOR PRIVACY Your data is yours. Lock the app with a passcode, keep progress photos private, and delete your synced health data whenever you choose. We never sell your health data or use it for advertising. IMPORTANT Stride is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. It does not supply or recommend any medicine. Always follow the instructions given by your prescriber, and speak to your pharmacist, GP or 111 if you have a clinical concern.
