Detoks - Break Phone Addiction Live

STOP SCROLLING. START LIVING. Detoks isn't another app blocker you'll disable in a weak moment. It's the only unbreakable accountability system where someone you trust controls your phone addiction not you. You already know you have a problem. You've tried screen time limits. You've tried willpower. You've tried deleting apps only to reinstall them an hour later. Or access the same Distraction through the Browser! Detoks works because it takes the choice out of your hands and puts it in the hands of someone who wants to see you win. HOW IT WORKS: Lock the apps stealing your time. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, games, browsers whatever keeps you stuck. When you really need access for important and inevitable Tasks, ask your Guardian for a temporary unlock code. That's it. WHY IT WORKS: You won't ask often. Because asking means admitting you're struggling and you dont want to feel the shame. That brief moment of accountability does what willpower alone never could. This isn't a digital detox you try for a weekend it's a system that rewires your relationship with your phone for good. GUARDIAN-BASED CONTROL: - Choose someone you trust, a friend, partner, parent, anyone - They can't spy on you or see what you're doing - They simply control access when you request it - Add multiple guardians for different apps if needed - Guardians manage your access from their phone or our web dashboard no app install required for them UNBREAKABLE PROTECTION: Every escape route is sealed. Try to disable app blocking? Your Guardian is notified instantly. Attempt to log out? Your Guardian knows. Try to force-stop the service or revoke permissions? Your Guardian gets an immediate alert. There is no workaround, no backdoor, no way to cheat the system without your Guardian finding out. This is accountability with no off switch. IMPORTANT — FOR MAXIMUM PROTECTION: To ensure Detoks runs reliably in the background, disable battery optimization for the app in your device settings and allow unrestricted background activity. This prevents your phone from shutting down protection when you need it most. ACHIEVE DEEP FOCUS: See exactly how much time each app has been unlocked daily. Your Guardian sees it too. Watch your screen time drop week after week. Build accountability together and gradually reduce dependency with someone who genuinely cares about your success. Reclaim the hours you've been losing and redirect them toward the life you actually want. PRIVACY FIRST: Zero monitoring. Zero data collection. Your Guardian controls the door, not your life. Everything stays completely private between you and them, they only see what Apps you have Blocked, to achieve the best results speak with the Guardian about your addictions so you can block the most addictive Apps together. COMPLETELY AD-FREE: No banners. No pop-ups. No interruptions. Detoks is built to help you not sell your attention to advertisers. WHO THIS IS FOR: - People who are honest with themselves about their phone addiction - Anyone serious about a real digital detox, not a temporary fix - Entrepreneurs losing hours to mindless scrolling - Students who need deep focus when it matters - Anyone trying to break a habit they're ashamed of - People tired of broken promises to themselves - Anyone ready to stop fighting their phone alone Your phone is the only thing standing between you and a better life.
