Bago

Bago is a secure peer-to-peer parcel delivery platform that connects people who need to send packages with trusted travelers already heading to the same destination. Instead of relying on traditional couriers, Bago uses the extra space in cars and flights to make delivery faster, more affordable, and more flexible. Senders benefit from lower prices and real-time tracking, while travelers earn money by carrying parcels along their planned trips. With Bago, sending a parcel is simple. The sender enters the pickup location, drop-off location, parcel weight, and preferred travel date. The app instantly displays travelers available on that route along with their per-kilogram prices. After choosing a traveler, the sender pays the total amount through secure payment options such as credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, and more. The payment is held safely in escrow by Bago until the delivery is completed, ensuring full protection and eliminating fraud. Travelers can list their trip by selecting their origin, destination, date, and available weight capacity. They can accept multiple parcels as long as they have space. Once accepted, they simply travel as planned—by car or by flight—and deliver the parcels to the correct recipients. Throughout the process, both sender and traveler can communicate within the app and access real-time status updates. Bago includes secure delivery tracking that lets senders follow the journey from pickup to drop-off. Travelers can update each stage of the delivery, and Bago may request optional photo proof for added accountability. When the sender confirms that the package has been successfully delivered, Bago releases the payment to the traveler after subtracting a small service commission. This escrow-based payment system strengthens trust for both sides: senders know their money is protected, and travelers know they will be paid for completed deliveries. If any problem occurs—such as a delay, confusion, or a lost parcel—Bago manages disputes and holds funds until the issue is resolved. This creates a reliable and transparent environment where both parties can use the platform with confidence. Bago also maintains trust through traveler verification, rating systems, and safety guidelines. The platform encourages high-quality service by rewarding reliable travelers and highlighting top-rated profiles. Senders can view traveler ratings, past trips, and reviews before booking, ensuring they make informed choices.
