WHAT DEPTHGAZE IS NOT • Not a depth gauge, sonar, or measurement tool • Not a navigation or safety device • Not designed for submerged use — the phone stays above the surface • The Structure Map shows zones, not numeric depths • Never make safety-critical decisions (entering water, diving, anchoring, navigating) based on what the app shows • Not magic for muddy water — DepthGaze enhances what's already there, it doesn't reveal what isn't. Best in clear and lightly-tinted water. If you can't see the bottom through the surface with your own eyes, DepthGaze can't either. Heavily silted, post-storm, or peat-stained water limits how deep the app can usefully process. Physics has limits. PRIVACY All image processing happens on your phone. Camera frames are never uploaded or shared. No analytics SDKs. No telemetry. No ad trackers. No accounts. We run no servers for the app; it sends us nothing.
