최근 지인 및 특히 자녀를 사칭해서 카카오톡이나 문자로 연락하여, 자신의 폰이 고장났으니, 전화가 안되고, 본인 인증이 안된다며, 대신 휴대폰 인증을 할수 있도록 개인정보(신분증, 계좌번호, 비밀번호, 신용카드 정보 등)를 요구하고, 원격프로그램을 설치토록 유도하는, 이른바 '메신저피싱' 사기 범죄가 유행하고 있습니다. 이러한 사기를 당하여, 개인정보가 유출되었을 경우, 자신의 명의가 도용되어 휴대폰이 개통되거나, 계좌가 개설되는 등의 피해를 입을 수 있으므로, 이를 빠르게 확인하고, 대처하기 위한 메뉴얼 입니다.
