Depaso: shop abroad

Depaso gives you an address in the United States, Spain and China so you can shop at any store as if you lived there. A verified traveler brings your package to Ecuador and we deliver it to your home. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign up for free with your ID and get your DP code and your Depaso address in Miami, Madrid and Shenzhen. 2. Shop at any store and use your Depaso address as the shipping address. 3. Register your purchase in the app: category, weight or quantity, value and invoice. You pay once and see the final price before confirming. 4. Add the tracking number when the store gives it to you. 5. Follow every step: received at your address, traveling to Ecuador, arrived, out for delivery, delivered. FINAL PRICE, NO IMPORT TAXES You pay per full pound or a fixed price per item, depending on the category. Home delivery starts at $5.50. No taxes or fees on arrival. If your package weighs less than estimated, we refund the difference to your wallet; if it weighs more, we show you the difference and you confirm before it moves on. PROTECTION INCLUDED Every package is protected up to $100. If your purchase is worth more, extend the protection to the full value when you register it (2%, minimum $1). If something arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, report it from the app. WALLET AND PAYMENTS Pay by card through Stripe or with your Depaso wallet balance. Get weight credits, refunds and $5 for every friend you invite when they receive their first package. EVERYTHING IN THE APP • Your Depaso address ready to copy at every store. • Notices at every step of your package's journey. • Delivery addresses in any province of Ecuador. • Spanish and English. • Help on WhatsApp or email from real people.
