DentalReady Staff

DentalReady Staff gives dental assistants, clinicians and practice teams one secure place to manage day-to-day work. With an account provided by your dental practice, you can: • View rosters and upcoming shifts • Complete daily checklists, sign-offs and follow-ups • Access training, SOPs and practice resources • Log sterilisation cycles and review compliance records • Request leave and review timesheets • Raise stock requests and equipment issues • Coordinate referrals, case acceptance and bookings • Follow projects, goals and team updates • Join meetings and communicate with your practice Some practices may enable on-site verification for attendance, Personal Stats or Case Tracking. After an in-app explanation and your explicit Check location action, DentalReady Staff reads foreground precise or approximate location; local checks may repeat while that screen stays visible. Personal Stats and Case Tracking readings stay on your device. Only when you tap a Staff Clock attendance action — Clock in/out, Start lunch, or End lunch/break — is a fresh location and accuracy sent securely to DentalReady so the server can calculate distance and discard the coordinates; the attendance event retains only fix time, accuracy, calculated distance and the configured radius. A linked operational audit may record that protected access was blocked or location permission was denied, but not coordinates or distance. Location is never accessed in the background. An active DentalReady practice account is required. Staff accounts are provided by practice administrators. DentalReady is an administrative workflow tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Patient-related information in the app supports practice administration; all clinical decisions must be made by an appropriately qualified dental professional. Consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
