2Gaff

2Gaff brings your building's community and property team into one place. FOR RESIDENTS • Read building notices and see upcoming events. • Check availability and book shared facilities within your building's rules. • Report maintenance issues privately, add photos and follow replies from your property team. • Browse a building-only marketplace to sell, give away or request items, with private messages about listings. No payments are taken in 2Gaff. • Report inappropriate listings or conversations and block other marketplace users. GETTING STARTED Sign in with Apple, Google or your email and password. New email accounts verify their email once. Join with your building's code and provide the details your property team needs to approve access. Approval depends on the building's settings. Existing approved users return to their building after signing in. FOR PROPERTY TEAMS Request access to manage a property. Once approved and assigned, your tools can include resident access, notices and events, facilities and bookings, private reports and messages. Your role and permissions determine which tools are available. PRIVACY AND CONTROL Resident profile names and apartment details are restricted to the property team. Neighbour-facing marketplace profiles use anonymous labels; the content you choose to write or upload may identify you. Account deletion is available within the app. See the privacy policy for the data removed and retained. 2Gaff is for adults in managed residential buildings. It takes no payments. It may show clearly labelled ads from local businesses, chosen by building, with no tracking and no ad networks. Support: [email protected]
