M4C votre compagnon DxCare. Cette application accompagne le médecin. Elle est adossée au logiciel DxCare de gestion du dossier des patients hospitalisés et ne peut fonctionner sans lui. Elle permet de visualiser la liste des patients éventuellement regroupés par poste de traitement, suivant le profil utilisateur. Pour chaque patient l’utilisateur peut créer un courrier associé à une photo ou à une dictée numérique. Il pourra ensuite l’envoyer sur DxCare. L'utilisateur peut également rechercher un patient en scannant son NIP (numéro d’identification permanent) ou NDA (numéro de dossier administratif). Elle permet entre autre de visualiser sa liste de dictées en attente. L'utilisateur aura ensuite la possibilité de les enregistrer et les envoyer sur DxCare. Un bouton spécifique permet d'accéder très facilement au patient sélectionné sur DxCare. Et enfin, l'utilisateur peut afficher sa liste de rendez-vous du jour même ou du lendemain.
