Bounded Focus: App Blocker

Bounded Focus helps you take your attention back from the apps that are built to keep you scrolling. It blocks distracting apps automatically, on the schedule you choose. No willpower marathons, no shame, no nagging. Built for ADHD brains and anyone who keeps losing hours to the feed. WHY BOUNDED FOCUS • Block any app. Pick the apps that derail you and Bounded steps in the moment you open one. • Schedule the hours that matter. Sleep mode, work hours, evening wind down, or build your own. • ADHD friendly. Gentle by design. Snooze and grace tokens for the hard days, never a lecture. • A calm block screen, not a punishment. When a blocked app opens, you get a soft reminder of why you set the limit, and a way back to what you meant to do. SEE YOUR REAL SCREEN TIME Bounded Focus shows your actual usage: total time, a daily chart, your most used apps, and a breakdown by category. It stays on your device. STAY MOTIVATED A single living garden grows with your streak. Show up day after day and watch it flourish. Small wins, every day. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Bounded needs to see which app is in the foreground so it can enforce the blocks you set. That check happens on your device. The list of apps you choose to block stays on your phone and is never uploaded. HOW BLOCKING WORKS ON ANDROID Bounded uses Usage Access to notice when a blocked app comes to the front, and a screen overlay to show the block. A background service keeps this running while a schedule is active. You are always in control: turn a schedule off, or revoke the permissions in Settings, any time. PRO Bounded Focus is free to use. Bounded Pro unlocks deeper insights (day and month ranges, category breakdown, your full app list) and lifetime stats. Subscription, cancel anytime. Start today. Set one schedule, block one app, and feel the difference this week.
