Assign exercises or focus areas to each suit, control reps, and let the cards decide your next move. Key features: -Ready-to-go presets: Standard Deck, Total Body Blast, Make it Murph-y, Arm Day, plus complete control of your own custom decks. -Exercise by Suit: Each suit drives different exercises with multipliers for intensity. -Custom libraries: Add or edit your own Suits and Jokers exercises. -Custom Deck Size: Quarter/Half/Three-Quarters/Full/Full Equivalent, face-card values, and Ace high/low. The "Full Equivalent" deck size is half the cards with twice the reps, allowing the same number of overall reps for each exercise as a full deck, but with fewer very small rep exercises. -Jokers: Wildcard challenges with flexible randomization options -Focus modes: Assign focus areas (Core, Upper, Lower, Full Body) to a card suit to randomize the exercises to that area, rather than a suit being specific to a single exercise. -Live stats & history: A comprehensive history log tracks all your workouts, so you can see your historical total reps stack up for each exercise! -Sharing: Share your favorite custom decks with friends -Offline friendly: Runs without sign-in or connectivity
