RepBot

RepBot is a camera-based fitness assistance app designed to help users automatically count exercise repetitions without the need for manual input, wearable sensors, or external devices. The app focuses on simplicity, transparency, and privacy, allowing users to concentrate on their workouts rather than tracking numbers. During supported exercises such as push-ups, squats, and other body-movement based workouts, RepBot uses on-device pose detection to analyse movement in real time. As the user performs repetitions, the app detects motion patterns and counts repetitions automatically. This helps reduce common issues such as losing count, pausing workouts to check numbers, or relying on memory after completing a set. RepBot includes a Free Play mode that allows unrestricted movement tracking without fixed goals or structured sessions. This mode is useful for warm-ups, cooldowns, testing new exercises, or casual workouts where flexibility is preferred over predefined targets. Users can move freely while still receiving repetition feedback from the app. To support long-term consistency, RepBot stores workout activity locally on the device. Users can review completed sessions, repetition totals, and streak information over time. Progress insights are presented in a clear and minimal interface, avoiding unnecessary complexity. The app is designed to function without requiring accounts, sign-ins, or cloud synchronization. Privacy and user control are core principles of RepBot: • All camera processing occurs entirely on the device • No photos or videos are recorded, saved, or transmitted • No biometric identifiers are collected or stored • No personal information such as name, email, or location is required • No ads, analytics, or third-party tracking SDKs are included • All workout data remains stored locally on the user’s device RepBot may optionally provide workout reminders or streak notifications to support consistency. Notifications are generated locally on the device and can be enabled or disabled at any time through system settings. The app does not send notification data to external servers and does not associate notifications with personal identity. The app is designed to work offline after installation. Internet access is not required for core features such as repetition counting, activity tracking, or viewing workout history. This allows users to exercise without dependence on network connectivity. RepBot is intended for general fitness tracking and exercise assistance only. It does not provide medical advice, health assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, or injury prevention guidance. The app should not be used as a substitute for professional medical or fitness advice. Users are encouraged to exercise responsibly and according to their own physical ability and conditions. The interface of RepBot is intentionally clean and distraction-free. The app avoids unnecessary configuration, aggressive prompts, or marketing interruptions. The goal is to provide a simple tool that supports exercise routines without adding friction or complexity. Whether you are beginning a basic workout routine, maintaining daily exercise consistency, or looking for a hands-free way to count repetitions, RepBot offers a straightforward solution focused on movement, clarity, and privacy.
