Full description
Dear Optimist is a daily letter of optimism — a small, warm note that meets you where you are and helps you show up for your day. Every morning (and midday and evening, if you like), open a hand-written-style letter of encouragement, then take a few seconds to check in with yourself. No pressure, no streak-shaming — just a gentle, hopeful habit you'll actually keep. WHAT YOU GET • Daily affirmations as letters — thoughtful, original positive affirmations delivered at the times you choose. • Mood tracking, reimagined — rate your day as "today's weather," from Radiant to Storm, and watch your patterns over time. • A private journal — write today's entry with optional voice memos. Your words stay yours. • Beautiful stationery — choose the paper your letters and journal are written on. • A forgiving streak — "days of letters" that survives an off day, because optimism doesn't punish. • Looking back — gentle reminders of past entries when the moment is right. • Share the love — turn any letter into a beautiful postcard and send a little optimism to someone. A CALM DAILY RITUAL This isn't a feed to scroll or another thing to feel behind on. It's a quiet daily practice — affirmations, gratitude, journaling, and mindfulness in one calm place — designed to help you start kinder, stay hopeful, and notice the good. FREE & PREMIUM Dear Optimist is free to use — your morning letter, mood tracking, and a journaling window are included. Premium unlocks the full experience: • All three daily letters (morning, midday, evening) at custom times • Unlimited journaling and voice memos • Custom affirmations you write yourself • Focus themes to steer your daily letters • Year in Weather — see your mood patterns at a glance • Your letters as a keepsake book (PDF export) • An ad-free experience Made with care by a small indie team — we'd genuinely love your feedback. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled; manage anytime in Google Play. Privacy policy: https://dearoptimist.app/privacy-policy Terms of use: https://dearoptimist.app/terms
