Hunch: ESP Trainer

Hunch is a quiet trainer for one repeated task: pick the one of four sealed tiles that is right more often than chance would predict. Each session is 24 trials. Chance is 25 percent, so luck alone scores about 6 of 24. On a hit you see a serene reward image and hear a soft chime. On a miss the correct tile is shown for a moment. If you feel nothing, tap Pass and the trial does not count, so you learn to commit only when you have a hunch. Two modes Clairvoyance: the target is chosen and sealed before you pick. Hunch shows you the first characters of the seal, a SHA-256 hash, before every trial, so the answer was fixed before you touched the screen. Precognition: nothing is chosen until after you pick. Can you sense what is about to be? Honest by design Hunch never adjusts the odds and never tells you what your score means. Every session ends with your hits against the 25 percent baseline and one plain sentence about how often luck alone produces that score. Your history stays on the device so you can watch your own numbers over weeks instead of being told a story. Every seal is verifiable. Open any recent session, see the seed and hash for each trial, and copy the log to check it with any SHA-256 tool. Private No account, no ads, no analytics, no internet access. Your sessions never leave your phone, and you can clear them any time. Hunch follows the design lineage of Russell Targ's ESP Trainer: fast feedback, a pass option, and a fair, transparent target. Whether or not there is anything to train is for you to find out.
