Fit Life Check: Diet Tracker

Turn your nutritionist's meal plan into a game you want to beat every day. Fit Life Check is a gamified diet journal: check off whether you followed your diet, worked out and slept well, earn stars and XP, and see right away if your day ended in a calorie deficit or surplus. YOUR PLAN, WITHOUT TYPING IT ALL • Upload your nutritionist's PDF: AI splits it into meals, foods and calories per meal, and you review it before starting • No nutritionist? Build your plan by hand, meal by meal, or just set a daily target and the app splits the calories • New phase? Your history is kept: every day uses the plan that was active on that date 10-SECOND CHECK-IN • Diet: followed 100%, partial (note what was off plan) or off plan • Sleep: good, OK or bad, with hours slept • Today's weight, whenever you want • Forgot a day? Log any past day DEFICIT OR SURPLUS, EVERY DAY • Base burn from the Mifflin-St Jeor formula and your daily routine • Workouts with estimated calories: pick the exercise, time and intensity, then refine with AI • Daily balance checked against your goal: lose fat, maintain or build muscle A REAL GAME • 3 missions a day: diet, workout and sleep • Stars, XP, levels from Rookie to Legend and day streaks • Perfect days, a weekly chest at 15 stars and badges to unlock • Bonus missions every week RECAPS AND REPORTS • Weekly recap with what went well and tips to improve • Monthly report: perfect days, star calendar, adherence, weight and measurements • Reminders for your evening check-in, sleep, workouts and the Sunday recap • In English, Portuguese and Spanish PRIVACY No sign-up, no login: your data stays on your phone.
