Full description
DAX — The Universal Trust Layer for Agreements DAX is decentralized agreement infrastructure for creating, funding, proving, and resolving digital agreements without relying on a centralized intermediary to control the process. DAX combines smart contracts, cryptographic verification, non-custodial escrow, evidence, and decentralized dispute resolution to make digital commitments more transparent and verifiable. Your private keys and recovery phrase remain under your control. DAX does not require an email address, phone number, or centralized user account. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE AGREEMENT LIFECYCLE CREATE · ESCROW · EVIDENCE · RESOLVE ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 1. CREATE — Verifiable Agreements Create peer-to-peer agreements with defined terms, deadlines, and participants. Agreement terms can be cryptographically represented through an on-chain terms hash, making the committed agreement data independently verifiable. 2. ESCROW — Non-Custodial Asset Locking Commit digital assets through smart contracts instead of handing funds to a centralized escrow operator. Contract-controlled funds follow predefined agreement rules and can be released through the supported settlement and resolution mechanisms. 3. EVIDENCE — Verifiable Proof Attach evidence and supporting documentation to an agreement. DAX can generate cryptographic representations of evidence, including evidence roots, allowing submitted information to be verified against the recorded agreement state. 4. RESOLVE — Decentralized Dispute Resolution When an agreement enters dispute, the DAX Court provides an on-chain dispute-resolution mechanism. Eligible jurors participate through a commit-reveal voting process, with economic incentives designed to discourage dishonest participation. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SELF-CUSTODIAL VAULT ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ DAX includes a self-custodial wallet for managing supported digital assets and interacting with agreements. • Self-Custody — Your wallet keys and recovery phrase are generated and maintained locally on your device. • Local Key Protection — Sensitive wallet material is encrypted locally using industry-standard cryptographic mechanisms. • Android Security — DAX uses Android Keystore and biometric authentication where supported by the device. • Privacy by Design — No email, phone number, or traditional account registration is required to use the wallet. • Multiple Networks — Connect to supported EVM networks and manage compatible assets from your DAX Vault. • Screen Privacy — DAX uses Android screen-protection mechanisms to help prevent sensitive wallet screens from being captured. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ BUILT FOR OPEN, VERIFIABLE AGREEMENTS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ DAX is designed around a simple principle: Agreements should not depend entirely on trusting an intermediary. Smart contracts handle programmable execution. Cryptography makes important data independently verifiable. Non-custodial architecture keeps asset control with users. Decentralized dispute resolution provides a mechanism for contested agreements. DAX is built for a future where digital agreements can be created, executed, evidenced, and resolved through open infrastructure. CREATE. ESCROW. EVIDENCE. RESOLVE.
