Mana: Calorie & Weight Tracker

Mana tracks what you eat and your weight, then estimates what your body burns, from your weigh-ins and your log. YOUR EXPENDITURE, MEASURED Mana starts from a formula, then corrects it with your own data: weight, intake, steps, workouts. After a few weeks, the number is yours, with its margin of uncertainty. EASY TO READ, QUICK TO FILL IN The home screen fits on one page: what you have left to eat, your macros, then your meals. The numbers that matter are large, the rest stays in the background. Logging a food takes a few seconds, with no menus to dig through. YOUR WEIGHT, WITHOUT THE NOISE Mana smooths your weigh-ins to bring out a trend, beyond the water that moves the scale from one day to the next. A weekly report and a table of your weigh-ins complete the curve. QUICK LOGGING • Barcode scanning (OpenFoodFacts data) • Reference foods from the Ciqual table • Your usual foods at the top of search • Meal templates, added in one tap • Recurring meals logged automatically every day • Copy a meal or a whole day • Estimated meal: just the calories, when you don't know the details YOUR ACTIVITY, WITHOUT TYPING ANYTHING Connect Health Connect: your steps, distance, workouts and weight come in automatically. MANA PRO • Your estimated metabolism, and how it's calculated • Targets adjusted to your expenditure • Simulation: see where you'll be in 8 weeks • "What still fits": a dinner calculated to round off your day YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU No account to create, no Mana server, no ads, no trackers. Your log never leaves your phone: when you scan a product, only its barcode is sent to OpenFoodFacts. You can export a full backup, or your log for a spreadsheet, whenever you want. Mana is not a medical device. Its estimates do not replace the advice of a healthcare professional.
