No need to touch the phone! The "voice command" feature allows users to quickly create notes using their voice. The text is automatically transcribed into the app and can then be edited as needed. On first use, the user only has to enter the unique company code or scan the barcode. The information can then be stored and will allow him to quickly connect to report a problem. The user can attach photos, a video or even an audio recording to the note, allowing the exact description of the problem in a clear and comprehensive manner to eliminate any ambiguity or risk of error. The user can also write the notes himself manually without using the voice command function. Once the note is sent by the user, the fleet manager will receive a real-time alert with all the details of the problem, allowing him to be proactive and act quickly in his planning. Once the note has been processed, if the user has activated the follow-up information request button, he will be automatically notified of the status of his request.
