Your Properties. Fully Under Control. Managing multiple properties shouldn't mean scattered spreadsheets and missed deadlines. Built for landlords and property investors, this app turns complex portfolio management into a few simple taps. Everything at a Glance Your home dashboard instantly shows total monthly and annual income, property and unit counts, and your top-performing property by revenue. A dedicated occupancy card displays your rate both as a percentage and a fraction, giving you a real-time pulse on portfolio performance. Properties, Organized by Card Each property gets its own clean card showing monthly income, annual income, and occupancy rate — making side-by-side comparisons effortless so you always know which property needs attention. Complete Unit-Level Control Track income by day, week, month, or quarter — whatever fits each unit. Add tenant details (name, phone, email), and upload up to 5 documents per unit to keep everything organized and accessible. Set lease start and end dates, and the app automatically schedules reminders before contracts expire. Add a Property in Minutes Create a new property, define how many units it has, and customize each unit right on the same screen — no jumping between multiple pages to finish setup. Ready-to-Send Messages, Instantly This is where the app truly saves you time. Select any unit, and it automatically pulls tenant data — name, rent amount, and more — into a pre-written message. Choose from three message types: Rent Received Confirmation Rent Payment Reminder Late Payment Notice One tap on "Share" and you're sending it through any messaging app you choose — no typing required. One-Tap Full Report (Premium) Generate a complete PDF report of your entire portfolio in seconds: income, properties, units, and occupancy rates — ready to print, share, or archive whenever you need it.
