Party Roulette is a party game for a group of friends and one phone. It picks who goes next, deals the card, and keeps score, so nobody has to be the person deciding whose turn it is. Spin the wheel, and it lands on somebody by name. Draw a card, and it is a truth, a dare, a would-you-rather or a never-have-I-ever. Complete it, or drink. Then it moves on. WHAT MAKES IT FAIR The wheel remembers. Turn on fair rotation and it works through everybody before anyone gets picked twice, so the loud ones stop taking every card and the quiet ones actually get a turn. The deck remembers too. No card comes back around until the pack is finished.
