Ringur - Friendship reminder

You know that friend you keep meaning to message? Ringur makes sure you actually do. Life gets full and friendships take a back seat, not because you stopped caring but because nobody built a reminder for the people you love. Ringur fixes that. It gives you one warm, daily prompt to reach out to someone who matters, based on who actually needs a bit of your attention today. Start with whoever comes to mind. An old friend you've lost touch with, someone you want to stay close to, or a person you'd like to know better. Ringur works beautifully even if you're starting with just one or two people. The whole point is to make reconnecting easy, not to manage a packed social calendar. GREAT FOR GETTING BACK IN TOUCH If it's been a while with someone and reaching out feels awkward, Ringur helps you do it naturally. Your daily card gives you something real to say, something connected to who that person actually is. Not just "hey, long time no speak!" but a genuine, warm reason to get back in contact. Most people are far more happy to hear from you than you'd expect. BUILT ON THE SCIENCE OF HOW FRIENDSHIPS WORK Oxford scientist Robin Dunbar found that humans naturally maintain a few layers of friendship. A handful of really close people, a slightly wider group of good friends, and a broader network beyond that. Keeping each layer alive takes regular contact, and regular contact is exactly what most of us struggle with. Ringur tracks where each friendship sits, notices when someone is starting to drift, and nudges you before the gap gets too big. It's much easier to stay close than it is to rebuild from scratch. PERFECT IF YOUR BRAIN NEEDS A LITTLE HELP Some of us are wired in a way where people genuinely go out of mind when they're not right in front of us. That includes a lot of people with ADHD, time blindness, or just a brain that gets absorbed in whatever is happening today. Ringur acts like a friendly tap on the shoulder. One person. One moment. Here's someone who'd love to hear from you. No overwhelm, no long lists, no guilt about how long it's been.
