Dashboard at a glance See active students, average attendance, monthly revenue, and new sign-ups the moment you open the app. Classes, workshops & events Create and edit classes with instructors, schedule, dance genre, room, and capacity. Manage workshops and events, and check attendees in with a built-in QR scanner. Student profiles Look up any student to see their purchase history, credit balance, attendance record, and lifetime value — and sell them a class package on the spot with card, cash, or complimentary credit. Attendance & check-in Record attendance manually, or set a tablet up as a dedicated check-in kiosk at the front desk. Instructors Keep instructor contact info, private lesson rates, and weekly availability up to date. Notifications Get notified the moment a student books, buys a package, or leaves a review.
