Dance Up brings your whole dance life together: the socials and workshops around you, the artists and schools you follow, your moments on the floor, and the people you dance with. FIND WHERE TO DANCE • Search events by style, date and type — as a list or on a map, with an adjustable radius around your city or your location. • Open complete event pages: line-up, artists, venue, prices. • Say you're going or interested, and your next nights out are waiting on your home screen. • Take your dance calendar into Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or whichever app you use (.ics export or subscription link). • Buy your ticket when the organiser has opened ticketing — ticket and confirmation arrive by email. • Open the Radar to see what's happening around you right now: today's events, venues, and the dancers who chose to appear there. YOUR DANCER PROFILE • Your public page: your dances, your level, your roles, your bio, your city. • Your photo and video albums, with videos optimised for mobile playback. • Your sparks: share a moment, react, comment, mention the dancers you were with. • Your Flares at the top of your Feed, so people see what you do straight away. • Friends, follows, partner search — build your scene at your own pace. • Flames: tell a dancer or an artist what their performance meant to you. STAY IN TOUCH • Direct messages with your friends, group chats, and conversations opened by your school or association. • Notifications you choose: invitations, replies, an event changed or cancelled. FOR ARTISTS, VENUES, SCHOOLS AND ORGANISERS Dance Up isn't only a directory — it's also the working tool of the scene. • An artist page for teachers, DJs and live acts: what you offer, your media, your booking requests. • A venue page for a studio, a milonga, a hall: practical details, floor plans, the nights you host. • An organisation page for a school, an association or an agency, with a private space for your team and precise roles — no shared password. • Events: creation, schedule, line-up, team, tasks, statistics. • Online ticketing and on-site point of sale — cash desk, bar, shop. • Memberships: season sign-ups, reduced rates, a member space, receipts. • Competitions: entries, judges, rounds, scoring, results, and a live public view. Creating an account is free, and so is most of the app. Subscriptions unlock advanced features, and ticketing carries Dance Up platform fees.
