Full description

WorkloadWall is a small ticketing system for the people in a building who fix things and field requests: maintenance, facilities, IT, the shop floor, the office. Every open ticket is a note pinned on a wall that everyone can see, right above the request form. It runs on a PC or small computer in your building, not in the cloud. This app is the phone companion. It needs a WorkloadWall installation to pair with; it does nothing on its own. WITH THE APP YOU CAN • Pair to your own WorkloadWall server by scanning the code it shows on screen • Submit a ticket from wherever you are standing • Attach a photo of the problem straight from the camera or your photo library • See the live wall and know what is already in the pile before you add to it HOW IT WORKS Pairing binds this phone to your WorkloadWall server with a key that lives only on the phone and the server. Tickets and photos travel sealed end to end from the phone to that server. Nothing is sent to the app's publisher. WHO IT IS FOR Anyone whose day is a stream of "can you take a look at…" from the rest of the building: the maintenance tech, the facilities crew, the IT person, the shop lead. And the people who ask them, so they can see the wall before adding to it. REQUIREMENTS A WorkloadWall installation (Windows or Linux). Details and the desktop download are at workloadwall.com.

What's new

Steadier connection to your WorkloadWall PC. If your phone's clock is far off, the app now says so.
