Ortak Liste: Shared List

A school fair, a memorial dinner, a building meeting, a picnic, a birthday or a class activity… In any group event, one question causes all the confusion: "Who's bringing what?" Ortak Liste answers it — one shared list, everything in one place. HOW IT WORKS • Create your event: name, date, time and place. • Build the list of things to bring. Start from a ready-made pack or add items one by one. • Share the 6-digit invite code the app generates. • People enter the code, see the list and claim the task they want. • You watch it fill up live: who took what, what's still open. READY-MADE PACKS Don't start from a blank page. Pick your event type and let the list fill itself: • Fair pack — from soup to dessert, plates, forks and napkins • Memorial pack — sweets, sherbet, flatbread, dates • Tea day — cookies, pastries, teapot and cups • Class activities — Experiment, Project & presentation, Class activity and Field trip packs Every line stays editable after you apply a pack. FOR TEACHERS Choose the Lesson category and the app opens fields made for you: which subject, which kind of activity (experiment, quiz, project, presentation, field trip…), which class and how long it runs. The list of materials adapts to the lesson too. NO DUPLICATES, NO CONFUSION • You decide how many people can contribute to each task. • Whoever claims a task appears next to it, so nothing gets brought twice. • As the organiser you can see everyone who joined. SHARE AND KEEP • Share the list as a clean visual card on WhatsApp or Messages. • Export it as an Excel file to save or email. • When the event is near, prepare a reminder message and send it to the group in one tap. ALSO • A calendar view for everything coming up. • Sign in with Apple or Google in seconds. • Turkish and English interface. • An easy-on-the-eyes dark theme. Ortak Liste is built for parent associations, teachers, building managers, clubs and big families. Make "wait, what was I bringing?" a question nobody has to ask again.
