タスク管理アプリ、何個試しても続かなかった。 そういう人のために作りました。 【アプリが「今日の1つ」を決める】 「何からやればいい？」——この問いで止まることがあります。 やることリストを開いても、どこから手をつければいいかわからない。 管理しようとする前に疲れてしまう。 いっぽは、その「決める手間」をなくしました。 タスクを放り込むだけ。今日やる1つをアプリが選んで提示します。 他のタスクは見えないので、迷いません。 【「5分だけ」から始められる】 気が乗らないとき、まず5分だけ試せます。 5分後に「続ける」「完了」「今日はここまで」を選ぶだけ。 途中でやめても、記録されません。責められません。 【後回しにしていい。翌日に回してもいい】 「今日は無理」と思ったら「後に回す」でOK。 さらに後回しにすると、翌日また提示候補に戻ってきます。 未完了が積み上がって責める画面はありません。 完了したら、それで終わり。 記録も採点も、連続記録もありません。 【フォーカスタイマー（無料）】 作業25分＋休憩5分。時間は変更でき、次回から引き継がれます。 【ルーティン管理（Pro）】 毎日繰り返すタスクを登録しておくと、毎朝自動でリストに追加されます。 【リマインダー（Pro）】 やることを忘れないように、時刻と曜日で通知設定できます。 シンプルさは意図的な設計です。 整理・分類・優先度付けの機能は省いています。 「今日の一歩だけ始められる」——それだけを目指しました。 基本機能はすべて無料・無制限で使えます。 繰り返しタスクの自動化やリマインダーが欲しくなったら、買い切りのProで解放できます（サブスクなし）。 ※ ADHDの「始められない」「続けられない」という特性を出発点に設計しています。 医療行為・診断を提供するアプリではありません。
