Mess Manager

Mess Manager keeps shared living organised. Whether you run a mess, hostel, or just share a flat and a kitchen, it replaces the messy spreadsheets, group-chat math, and month-end arguments with one clear, shared record everyone can see. MEALS • Mark your meals on or off each day in a couple of taps • Add guest meals when someone eats over • Request changes and let the manager approve them • Bulk-edit a whole date range at once EXPENSES • Log shared groceries and bills with photos of the receipt • Keep shared and personal expenses separate • Approval workflow so nothing is added without a check • Filter and review every entry, with who added it and when TASKS & BAZAR ROTATION • Assign bazar (grocery), cooking and cleaning turns fairly • Swap your bazar date with another member when you can't make it • Everyone sees whose turn is next REPORTS & SETTLEMENT • Automatic monthly report: meal counts, meal rate, and each person's dues • Per-member invoice you can export and share as a PDF • Recurring costs (rent, utilities, cook's salary) split automatically • Transparent totals — no more "how did you get that number?" NOTICES & NOTIFICATIONS • Post notices to the whole mess • Push notifications for approvals, notices, and membership changes • Raise and track issues and ad-hoc demands MANAGER TOOLS • Approve members, expenses and meal requests • Configure how your mess works: shared vs individual costs, home rent, and more • Manage members and roles MULTIPLE MESSES • Belong to more than one mess and switch between them instantly Sign up with your email, create a mess or join one with an invite code, and add your housemates. Works in light and dark mode. Mess Manager is built for the way shared households in South Asia actually run — but it works anywhere people share meals and split the bills.
