Monitor your security posture — A live dashboard of open threats, volume, and outstanding work across your organisation. Respond to threats — Review security tickets raised by the Wizard Cyber SOC, read analyst findings, comment to ask questions, and raise new tickets directly from your phone. Track remediation work — See tasks assigned to you or your team, filter by open, overdue, or unassigned, and record progress with comments and photo attachments. CYBERSHIELD requires an active Wizard Cyber CyberShield subscription and an organisation Microsoft account.
