Cyano Frame

Bring digital organization to your alternative photography darkroom with CyanoFrame, the ultimate logging assistant for cyanotype artists. Crafting rich Prussian-blue contact prints using iron salts and sunlight requires careful calibration. CyanoFrame helps you eliminate the guesswork and stop wasting paper on endless test strips by systematically tracking your chemical ratios, substrates, and UV exposure metrics. Key Features: Smart Exposure Calculator: Estimate development times dynamically before exposing your substrate to sunlight. Input your current UV Index and Light Conditions (Bright Sun, Hazy Sun, or Partly Cloudy) alongside your chosen substrate sensitivity and Density Target (Soft / Light, Balanced, or Deep Blue) for tailored chemical timing. Sensitizer Formula Notebook: Catalog your chemistry references in one secure space. Save classic two-part mixes, Mike Ware variants, or custom chemical recipes. Seamlessly toggle your darkroom measurement units between Metric (ml) and Imperial (oz). Comprehensive Materials Inventory: Keep an organized logbook of the tools you rely on. Categorize your darkroom stock across specialized tabs for Papers, Fabrics, Brushes, and Chemicals, complete with custom tags and maker details. Searchable Print Archive: Build a rich, searchable database of your completed work. Save details for every print alongside wet and dry photos, parameters, and quick-filtering options like Newest, Best Results, and Shortest Exposure to reproduce successful processes exactly. Darkroom Insights Dashboard: Review automated darkroom analytics at a glance. Monitor your total prints archived, formula counts, average exposure durations, and calculated reproducibility success rates while highlighting your favorite papers and most reliable recipes. Personalized darkroom setup: Customize the application environment to match your workflow. Swap between "CyanoFrame Dark" and "Prussian Night" visual themes, set a default substrate (such as Watercolor Paper), toggle session reminders, or instantly export your library snapshots directly to your clipboard.
