Full description

Learn to read a Turkish coffee cup with Felek. Nine short lessons teach the five parts of the cup and 85 traditional symbols. See what each shape looks like in the grounds, where it tends to appear and how readers have usually understood it. PRACTICE ON A CUP Six starter cups let you try spotting symbols right away. Choose the shape and its place in the cup, then read the feedback. You can also practise with cups saved in your journal. FOLLOW THE RITUAL Felek guides you through brewing, drinking, turning the cup and waiting for the grounds to settle. A timer helps with the wait. READ YOUR OWN CUP Photograph your grounds when you are ready. Felek names the shapes it sees and explains how they are usually read. Keep your readings in your journal and return to them later. Learning is free: lessons, practice, the symbol library and the tradition guide. Optional one-time purchases offer longer or personalized readings. Prices appear in your local currency before you buy. There is no subscription. The tradition guide links to sources, including UNESCO and the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Readings are for reflection and entertainment.
