Onde dallo Stretto

Looking for that feeling of listening to Italian radio in the car? Onde dallo Stretto brings back a real car stereo: no endless lists to scroll, just a classic FM-style dial to explore, frequency by frequency. The catalog is a curated selection of local stations from Sicily and Calabria — each with its place on the FM-style dial, streamed over the internet from the broadcasters' own servers. WHAT YOU GET A single FM-style dial with every station in frequency order Six presets for the stations you listen to most SCAN, to move automatically from one station to the next, like on an old car radio On air now, to see what every station is playing and jump straight to the one you want The title of the track playing, when the station broadcasts it IN THE CAR With Android Auto the app is right on the car's screen: station name with the frequency and the dial, presets within reach, the full station list and SCAN. Changing station works from the steering wheel controls. HOW TO USE IT Drag the pointer along the dial to move anywhere in the band Tap the right edge of the screen for the next station, the left edge for the previous one Press and hold a preset to store the station you are listening to One tap on SCAN starts it, another stops it FREE, WITH NO ADVERTISING No account, no sign-up, no advertising inside the app and no tracking. Your presets and the last station you listened to stay on your device. NOTE The app links to the publicly accessible streams published by the broadcasters. It does not host or alter any audio content, and the stations' own advertising is passed through unchanged. Availability depends on the broadcasters' servers. Listening online uses data and battery like any internet radio. To make changing station immediate, the app also keeps the frequencies next to the current one ready, which increases that a little. Worth keeping in mind on a metered connection.
