To access this app, you must be enrolled in the Current Health program by your healthcare provider. Once you are enrolled with Current Health, you will receive a one-time password via text and then have the ability to create a unique PIN or - if supported by your Android device - log in using your fingerprint, face or iris recognition. WHO IS CURRENT HEALTH? Current Health enables your healthcare provider to monitor your vital sign trends and build a deeper understanding of your health at home. This application helps you get set up on the Current Health platform and stay in touch with your care team.
