Critter Crew is the field app for drivers working with Curb Critter, the bin valet and cleaning service. New drivers sign up in the app. Tap "New driver? Start here", and you will be walked through your details and vehicle, the area you want to work, how you get paid, and a short training step. WHAT YOU CAN DO Claim the shifts you want See the routes available in your area, what each one pays, and how many stops it has, then claim the ones that fit your week. Stops get added and called off right up to the day, so the figure you accept is an estimate, it settles overnight and you start the morning knowing exactly what the route pays. Run your route without guessing Your stops arrive in an optimised order with the drive already worked out. Tap any address to open it in your maps app. Reorder stops to suit how you actually drive the street and the app remembers your order for next time. See the property before you get there Reference photos taken on the first visit show you exactly where the bins live at each house, behind the gate, down the side, around the back, so you are not hunting for them in the dark. Mark the work as you go Complete a stop in a couple of taps, add a photo as proof of service, and flag a problem when you find one: bin blocked, gate locked, bin already empty. Notes go straight to the office. Keep working when the signal drops Stops you complete are saved on your phone and sent when you are back in service. Nothing is lost in a dead spot, and the app tells you when everything has gone through. Know what you have earned Your pay for the week is there as you work, broken down by route, with a clear total for Friday's payout. Finished routes show your start and finish time, how long it took, and the miles you drove. WHAT YOU NEED An active Critter Crew driver account issued by Curb Critter, and a phone running Android 8 or later. Location access is used while you are running a route so your stops can be verified and your miles counted, the app does not track you in the background or on your days off.
