Background Location Disclosure Curator collects location data to enable automatic audio playback when you reach a tour stop, even when the app is closed, in the background, or when the screen is off. This data is used solely for triggering your selected tour content and is never shared with third parties or used for advertising. A persistent foreground service notification is displayed whenever location monitoring is active. User Safety & Responsibility • Safety First: Curator is intended for use by individuals 18+ only. Users assume all responsibility for obeying traffic laws. Do not interact with this app while driving. A hands-free dashboard mount is required. • Property Rights: When creating tours, ensure all stops are in publicly accessible or authorized areas. Curator is not responsible for users entering restricted or private property. • Content Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for the legality and safety of content they create, share, or import. Curator does not verify or endorse user-generated files. • Permissions: You must have full legal rights/permissions for any audio or images included in your tours. • Importing: Use caution with files from unknown sources. Curator is not liable for locations or directions contained in third-party files. Privacy & Data Control Your privacy is our priority. All tour data, recordings, and images are stored locally on your device. We do not transmit your location history or personal media to our servers. • Data Deletion: You can permanently delete all data at any time by deleting your tours within the app or by uninstalling the application.
