CuraPass - Health Passport

CuraPass is a personal health passport that travels with you. It holds the things a doctor, pharmacist or clinic asks about when you cannot remember them, or cannot answer for someone you care for: allergies, medicines, vaccinations, conditions, recent readings, and the records a clinic has added to your account. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Build your passport step by step. Finish it in one sitting or come back later; nothing is locked while it is incomplete. • Keep allergies, medicines, vaccinations, conditions and vitals in one place, in plain words. • Show it when it matters. An emergency card and a share link or QR code let a clinic see what you choose to share, for as long as you choose. • Bring readings in from Health Connect, one at a time, and keep only the ones you tick. CuraPass reads; it never writes to Health Connect. • Remember what is next. Optional reminders on your phone for medicine times and upcoming appointments, even when the app is closed. • Look after your family. A parent can hold a child's passport, including a dental chart, genetic tests and physical therapy. Adults share a plan, never each other's passport. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO • It is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. It shows what you and your clinics recorded. • Records a clinic adds to your account are always free to keep and view. • Genetic test results are never included in anything you share. YOUR DATA Your passport belongs to you.
