WHAT YOU CAN DO • Point and identify Open the camera, aim at a landmark, and CulTreck recognizes it using on-device AI. GPS + Image mode (the default) combines what the camera sees with where you are, so detections stay accurate when you are near a site. • Learn the history Tap Show Info to read a short, curated description. Texts are available in English, Spanish, French, German, and Greek. You can also listen with text-to-speech. • Explore on the map Switch to the Map tab to see all landmarks, your location, and tap any pin for details. Close the info box with a tap or the X button. • Capture the moment Take a photo, add a landmark hashtag, then save it to your gallery or share it with friends. Camera frames and GPS are used to identify nearby sites; live video is not uploaded to CulTreck servers. You can use the app as a guest. Optional Google sign-in is available if you want an account. Choose your language on the welcome screen. GPS + Image is selected by default for the best results when you are walking the city. PERMISSIONS CulTreck may ask for camera and location access. Camera is required for recognition. Location improves accuracy and shows you on the map. You can change permissions anytime in your device settings.
